Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. Short, because we collect very little.
Last updated 6 October 2026Who we are
Groove Media, Business ID 3578405-2, registered in Finland. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the controller under the GDPR. For anything about your data, email info@groovemedia.io.
What we collect
When you book a strategy session: the name, email and answers you enter in our Calendly booking page.
When you email us: whatever you put in the email.
When you give us read access for the research: we see the data in those accounts. We use it for your strategy session and nothing else, and you can remove our access at any time.
When you visit the site: anonymous visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and keeps no IP addresses. Each visit is counted with a code made from your request that is thrown away after 24 hours, so we can't recognise you on a later visit. We see totals: which pages were read, which site sent the visitor, country and device type.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking pixels or advertising tags. The fonts and the analytics script are served from our own domain, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or any other third party.
Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare your strategy session, which you asked for (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). To follow up about working together, and to count visits so we know which pages are useful, both our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)). You can object to follow-up at any time. We never sell your data and never add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to run this: Vercel, which hosts the site, runs the visit counts above and keeps short-lived server logs such as IP addresses for security; and our email provider, Google Workspace; and Calendly, which runs our booking page. Calendly only receives your data if you follow the booking link and book a time, and it handles that data under its own privacy policy as well. Where a provider is based outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your request and follow up. After that we delete it, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@groovemedia.io and we reply within a month.
You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland, at tietosuoja.fi.
