The challenge
In the summer of 2024, Hairtec asked us to take over its Google Ads. The clinic had worked with five other parties and was still not happy with the results.
We spotted four problems straight away:
- An outdated, fragmented campaign structure
- No server-side tracking
- No landing pages built for conversion
- No social media campaigns optimised for conversions
What we did
We started with the fundamentals inside Google Ads. Server-side tracking went in first, so no essential data went missing. Input equals output.
Next we consolidated the account. Multiple accounts and scattered campaigns became one clean structure that Google’s smart bidding can work with properly.
Offline conversion tracking
We added a Performance Max campaign optimised for conversions. Performance Max can be tricky for lead generation, and it works when you feed it the right data.
Offline conversion tracking imports what actually happened to each lead, so the campaigns bid for the leads that become clients.
Landing pages, creative and funnels
The biggest wins usually happen outside the Google Ads platform. Alongside the account, we:
- Run social media campaigns optimised for conversions, not only reach and awareness
- Build brand recognition with top-of-funnel campaigns
- Keep improving the landing pages to lift conversion rates
The results
- Fully booked four months in advance, at a 23% lower cost per acquisition than before we started
- Demand allowed Hairtec to raise its prices by 35%
- The clinic is exploring extra capacity to keep up with demand
At the start of 2026, we are still working together.
